Some Thoughts on Functional Exercise

Try for everything wrong you people out there who think that it is made with heavy weights in a cumulative way, the aggressive path to health, I will throw a wrench in your thoughts, for your own benefit.

First, I want you on the other animals we share this planet with thinking that the small and large. They live their lives, even if in captivity, without any repetitive strengthening exercises and still remain healthy,fit and strong! How is this possible? Sure, if they do not practice at all goofy way we are conditioned to believe are necessary, they are weak, anemic, and frail, is not it? So the doctors and fitness experts are saying about us humans, in any case.

We now step into my Common Sense Corner for a moment and rejoice. Imagine a great ape, gorilla or orangutan, captured from the wild, much as all get out, placed in a cage in a zoo. Now, of course, on his arrival, youwant to go in any case in the cage with him, knowing you would be torn apart in a short time.

Fast forward 10 years ago or so ... for the last decade of this animal, with a body very similar structurally to your own, has lived the life of a couch potato. I beg you not tojust think about it, talk about this dilemma, but also the pictures of squirrels, dogs, lazy cats, and every other creature we share this planet. Have you ever any other creature, with a skeleton and muscles (very similar) in a test exercise in linear repetitive manner that we have developed human beings? The answer is no, and the question is: What do they need to know that we do not?

Where the power comes from coming into the muscles?

Now you can imagine what the resultwould be if you are a racehorse by training a bodybuilder and share regime? Or forced to a squirrel or a cat, a 5K or walk a marathon 20 miles, to believe that it would end any kind of positive benefit to the animal? Come on, say a squirrel, he or she has to prove the equivalent of running a marathon to see how big they are in shape, and they'll think you're crazy.

It is my conviction that every man knows intuitively what it is expected that you are in relation to their physicalStructure to keep it work throughout their life cycle. That is, every creature has, with the exception of the creature with the largest brains, people who have access to a seemingly inexhaustible supply of ideas on how to create dysfunction of functionality of health and disease.

Instead of the secrets of how every other creature has its own structural integrity throughout its life in order to use this information to our advantage, we have people do everything possible tofree themselves from the Web of Life to us above and beyond to see the rest of life on this planet to make the attempt, our own rules and forms of life, much to the degradation of our species.

Let's take a look around at some readily observable examples of human achievements, if it comes, without regard to the natural laws of motion and structure. And let us remember, while it is true, why there are no similar examples of this type of distortion and twisted twistedStructures below the rest of the "lower creatures". The rational logicalscientific mind is not always treated to one of their precious machines the way that they are to treat the human body. This statement applies to other areas of the body (like what we are) in it, but here we stick to the structural mechanics of it.

The harmful distortions caused by repeated linear exercises (exponentially through the use of heavy weights increases) are so clearly apparent, through visual observation, palpation (touch), and functional de-formation by theTo cross the joints of the reinforced muscles.
